Ralph Mabvudza
Co-Founder, WEBHFX
Partnering with James to co-found WebHFX, Ralph is a fellow IT professional with a passion for helping businesses succeed.
Born and raised in Harare, Zimbabwe, Ralph moved to Halifax, Nova Scotia to pursue his studies at St. Mary’s University in 2011. Completing his studies in 2016, Ralph began navigating the world of IT through work with companies like TextNow, SMART Technologies, BeyondTrust and Splunk. His experience ranges from roles in IT service desk to IT Project Management and Customer Success. Over the last five years Ralph has worked with small businesses and large international corporations assisting with digital transformations and cyber security solution adoption. At WebHFX, Ralph combines his project and customer success management background to ensure clients get the most out of their web development experience by driving web strategy to actively meet targets and goals.
James Gatsi
Co-Founder, WEBHFX
James began applying his IT skills professionally while working and studying at the University of Victoria. His talents in customer service and web development led him to start working with small businesses. He has worked on hundreds of projects and effectively coordinates all new web projects and existing developments. His holistic approach to business technology and customer service allows him to craft novel solutions to our clients’ unique business needs.
